Uno de los instrumentos de difusión y generación de ideas del Think Tank, lo constituye la serie de documentos de trabajo que integrarán el Working Paper Series. Se trata de la integración de artículos que permitan, realizar reflexiones de interés y calado en aspectos de accesibilidad y rehabilitación de vivienda. Los contenidos de la revista estarán formados por:
Las contribuciones de esta publicación nacen con un espíritu interdisciplinar, ya que no es únicamente una publicación periódica de Derecho o Urbanismo sino también de Arquitectura, de Economía, de Geografía y Trabajo social. Integran por tanto perspectivas interdisciplinares de trabajo sobre la materia accesibilidad y rehabilitación de vivienda.
El objetivo de la publicación es orientarse a la publicación de trabajos originales, que hagan referencia a propuestas y conclusiones de investigaciones desarrolladas en el ambito de la vivienda y el urbanismo sostenible, así como la rehabilitación de vivienda
Se publicarán únicamente trabajos originales, que no hayan sido publicados antes o que habiendo sido publicados puedan ser reproducidos citado previamente la autorización o fuente para la publicación. La revista se publicarán se publicarán dos veces al año, es decir con periodicidad semestral en los meses de Junio y Diciembre. Poddran no obstante introducir números extraordinarios, fuera de estas fechas, cuando la temática haya sido previamente evaluada y la calidad de las contribuciones asi lo aconsejen.
El número de contribuciones por número no será superior a 10, y se buscará que la consulta se ágil y ordenada de los materiales.
Cada contribución irá precedida de un Abstract tanto en Español como en Inglés, y se recogerán las principales palabras clave del trabajo tanto en Español como en Inglés.

The contributions of this publication are born with an interdisciplinary spirit, since it is not only a periodical publication of Law or Urbanism but also of Architecture, Economics, Geography and Social Work. Therefore, they integrate interdisciplinary work perspectives on accessibility and housing rehabilitation.
The objective of the publication is to focus on the publication of original works, which refer to proposals and conclusions of research carried out in the field of housing and sustainable urbanism, as well as housing rehabilitation.
Only original works will be published, that have not been published before or that having been published can be reproduced previously citing the authorization or source for the publication. The magazine will be published twice a year, that is, on a semi-annual basis in the months of June and December. However, they may introduce extraordinary numbers, outside these dates, when the theme has been previously evaluated and the quality of the contributions so advise.
The number of contributions by number will not be greater than 10, and it will be sought that the consultation of the materials be agile and orderly.
Each contribution will be preceded by an Abstract in both Spanish and English, and the main keywords of the work will be collected in both Spanish and English.
