Sarmiento. Revista Galego-Portuguesa de Historia da Educación is a yearly journal that is published by universities of A Coruna, Vigo and Santiago de Compostela. It was released as Sarmiento. Anuario galego de historia da educación until volume 20 (2016), and it adopts its new name in 2017. Published papers focus on whatever aspect of history of education in Galicia and Portugal, but this journal also accepts other of geographic field wider (Spain, the world lusófono, Europe, etc) from approaches (historical, economic, sociological and so on) that help to get a better knowledge and understanding of that one.
